Representing both seller and buyer requires additional time and paperwork. On most properties the total commission charged will be 2% if we represent both buyer and seller. We print property flyers
We install a proper realtor’s FOR-SALE in your front yard
We handle all necessary documentation including escrow and title, from start to finish, and provide disclosure forms required to be given to both the buyer and seller.
