At Capital 1 Realty we do not sell or share any of our clients‘ non-public personal information with marketers outside our company or other financial institutions through joint marketing agreerments. 

Capital 1 Realty does not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except as required by law, including in connection with a fraud investigation, a subpoena or similar legal process. 

EMAIL 
While Email is an important communication method it is not considered a secure method for sending confidential information. We encourage our clients not to transmit sensitive information via Email and we follow the same practice.
